Sweet cherries from the Markgräflerland
This cherry brandy uses the finest sweet cherries from the orchards of the Markgräflerland. The moderated, temperature-controlled fermentation with cherry stones helps it to retain its distinctive aroma, which is allowed to mature to perfection over a period of at least five years.

This brandy sets the bar high not only for the ingredients that it uses but for the entire process. Only hand-picked sweet cherries are used – these are allowed to mature for at least five years, first in ash barrels, then in stoneware jars, creating a cherry bouquet with plenty of character. And providing a taste experience that is unique to its region of origin.
