The Schladerer matured classics are an extension of the Schladerer classics. For this, Schladerer fruit brandies are matured in wooden barrels or are combined with traditional barrel-aged spirits and individually refined. This authentic and natural development of fruit distillates offers an interplay of aromas beyond the classic fruit brandy.

Original craftsmanship, experience and the right feeling for exceptional raw materials – our Rarities offer a unique pleasure experience. What makes them unique: Only rare, hand-picked fruits from selected regions are used for our most precious “Brände” and “Geiste”. The careful distillation process and the traditional maturation of the distillates in ash wood barrels give them their outstanding taste.

Each SCHLADERER RARITY is a commitment to the roots of fruit brandy distilling and a testimony to over 175 years of the art of distilling.

Craftsmanship, experience and a sure feel for the finest raw materials – our specialties promise an exceptional taste experience that is far removed from conventional fruit brandies. What is more, these brandies and spirits use only hand-picked fruit of a specific variety or from a specific region. Their intensive flavor comes from being carefully fermented or macerated, expertly distilled and allowed to mature for several years in stoneware jars and ash barrels.

GRETCHEN Gin stands for love, for a story, and for the fact that time doesn’t matter. The main characters live in Staufen – between the lovely Rhine Valley and the rugged slopes of the Black Forest. Amidst endless sunshine, sweet fruits, and ripe berries, Alfred Schladerer dedicated his heart, his passion, and his recipe for this gin to his wife Greta. The story dates back more than 50 years – but the love between two hearts is not lost if the essence lives on today. The result: a gin that captures hearts – then and now.

We redefine Maraschino: the combination of traditional Maraska spirit and the high-quality distillate of Black Forest sour cherries – a specialty of our distillery – opens up new possibilities for a bar classic. A typical Black Forest indulgence for the bar with a delicate and balanced fruity aroma profile, which keeps old promises and prepares new ways.

Here in the south of Germany, our favorite part of the day is when the sun goes down. With VINCENT Aperitif, we are always at the right place at the right time. The bittersweet taste of selected herbs and fresh raspberries conjures up the southern feel for life – wherever we happen to raise a glass. No matter whether with or without alcohol.
